- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling
- Patient Center Medical Home Model
- Practice supported by two experienced APPs
- Call is 1:5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
- Qualifies for RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
- Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation?s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
