Baylor Scott & White Medical Center | Waxahachie, TexasDepartment: Medical Surgical Telemetry (Our floor does overflow surgery, stroke, etc when the other floors are full and we take all COVID patients.) 25 BedsPatient Ratio: Days 5:1 and Nights 5-6:1every shift you see something different- some days we have chest tubes, trachs, amputations, surgeries, withdrawals, confused patients, so every day is a new experience.Preferred Skills: Cardiac experience, NIHSS experience,Shift/Schedule: Full Time, Days | Three 12hr shifts | 7am-7pmNO on call but require 2 full weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
