Licensed Pharmacist(Pharmacy Supervisor) Acute Care/Community Living Center
The Clinical Pharmacy Acute Care/Community Living Center Supervisor is a licensed pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree who has completed an American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists accredited Clinical Pharmacy Practice Residency, or other equivalent experience. He/she is responsible for the daily professional and administrative/ personnel management of the assigned clinical pharmacy program staff. Preferred Experience: In addition to basic Qualification Standard, completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and/or PGY-2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency (in an applicable specialty) or equivalent experience in the major duties for at least 3 years is preferred.
