Job DescriptionThe Surgical Services Inventory Control Coordinator is an integral part of the hospital's Materials Management team. The SSIC Coordinator is responsible for the procurement and other contracting support activities for the Department of Surgical Services including tracking and ordering inventory, budgeting, selecting and storing supplies, equipment and instruments.The Coordinator is required to adhere to corporate policies, provide strong customer service support, review department purchasing requests, and insure that pricing is reasonable and competitive.
