The BJC Central Staffing Office is looking for an Assistant Program Manager to help lead this growing team. This role will have responsibilities for scheduling, on-boarding new employees, 1:1 employee discussions, just in time staffing and more. Time management and organizational skills are critical for success in this position. Experience as a Charge RN or RN leader in Med/Surge/Tele field is highly desirable. Current RN license highly preferred.
