The West TX VA Health Care System is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to oversee clinical, administrative, and educational operations at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Odessa, TX. The CMO will lead the Primary Care team, ensuring compliance with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, enhancing care coordination, & maintaining high standards of patient care. A Recruitment/Relocation Incentive may be authorized to a highly qualified candidate.
