DescriptionReporting to the Regional Clinic Director, the Practice Manager, Float oversees the business and patient care support functions for various community clinics. Responsible for the administrative and budgetary analysis, and coordination of clinical services including primary care and various specialties. Responsibility includes following and adhering to personnel policy and procedure, hiring, and recruiting qualified personnel, and working with the lead physicians, practice managers, Medical Directors, and Vice Chair for Clinical Services to assure an overall effective operation of these practices.Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400 annually
