Mail Room Assistant (Fully On-Site)
DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Office Manager for the Faculty Practice Group, the Mailroom Assistant provides essential support across all departments, including front desk operations, document scanning, and mail correspondence (including LockBox processing). This role is also responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring supply cabinets are stocked, and monitoring suites to ensure toner availability. Additionally, the Mailroom Assistant will utilize CareConnect for Claims Mail Documentation research as needed and process Claims and documents mail outs as requested.
