This position performs Nuclear Medicine, PET and SPECT examinations to provide data for diagnosis of diseases in addition to performing therapeutic treatments in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Under the direction of the department lead and manager, must be proficient in examinations, patient care, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer technology and apply these skills in daily job performance. Also coordinates and participates in various research ventures.
Education
- Successful completion of a NMTCB or ARRT approved nuclear medicine program (Required)
Experience
- One year pediatric imaging experience (Preferred)
Certifications
- Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE CNMT license (Required)
- Current ARRT registration in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB license (Required)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
