SummaryThe Blind Rehabilitation Specialist (BRS) will provide blind and vision rehabilitation services for visually impaired Veterans and Service members. This includes the disciplines of low vision therapy - orientation and mobility - vision rehabilitation therapy - manual skills instruction and computer access instruction.
