Current staffing: 1 ENT Section Chief, 2 MD’s, 1.5 PA’s, 2 dedicated nursing support staff.
This position will report to the Section Chief of ENT.
Outpatient clinic.
Inpatient rounding.
(119-bed acute care facility)
Non-Supervisory.
Highlights of this position include:
Daily schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30pm.
Night and weekend call distributed on an equitable basis with other staff.
1:3 call coverage (1 call night every 3 nights on average, up to 11 calls nights per month).
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is the largest integrated health care system in the United States, providing care at 1,321 health care facilities, including 172 VA Medical Centers and 1,138 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics) to over 9 million Veterans enrolled in the VA health care program.
