JOB SUMMARY: Oversee and Facilitate the following TASK as they pertains to Biomed equipment; installation, de-installation, equipment refresh information, and collaboration with Medical Capital, Property Management, Engineering, IT, Hospital Operations, and the vendors as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Associate's Degree (AA) in Biomedical Engineering Technology or related field or equivalent training and certification from technical school/military/industrial
Work Experience (Years and Area): Three (3) years of experience in biomedical equipment repair
Management Experience (Years and Area): N/A
Equipment Operated: Electrosurgical units, Defibrillator, Fetal Monitor, Incubator - Infant, Oximeter Spo2, Pacemaker - External Invasive, Physiologic Monitoring Sys, Tourniquets, Transcutaneous Oxygen Monitors, Ambulatory ECG Monitors, recorders, Electro encephalograph, Phototherapy Unit, Scales for clinic applications, Sphygmomanometers electronic, Microscope, Surgical OR tables, Laboratory equipment
