Saint Luke's Physician Group in Kansas City, MO is actively seeking BC/BE Nocturnist Hospitalist candidates to join a well-established physician hospitalist group providing inpatient coverage. Saint Luke's Hospital Medicine Program has seen consistent growth over its 20-year history and has one of the highest physician retention rates in the region.

About the position:

• The schedule prioritizes patient-centered care and provider work-life balance, with added support from our new e-hospitalist telemedicine component

• Interested candidates will have opportunities to work shifts at regional hospitals, provide telemedicine services as well as working day shifts

• Hospitalists also provide support to APPs at each location as needed

• The nocturnist schedule is produced quarterly, and providers can request time off each quarter; holidays are managed on a rotation basis

• Saint Luke's Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience

• Fully integrated Epic EMR
