Part-Time Adult Psychologist – Sickle Cell Focus | Columbia, SC Prisma Health Medical Group–Midlands, in collaboration with the University of South Carolina, is seeking a part-time Adult Psychologist to join an exceptional multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will provide behavioral health services—including screening, evaluation, and treatment—for young adult and adult patients with sickle cell disease. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, neuropsychologists, social workers, and child life specialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Full-Time Adult & Young Adult Psychologist – Sickle Cell Program | Greenville, SC Prisma Health is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join our expanding sickle cell program within Hematology/Oncology.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with young adult and adult patients managing complex medical and behavioral health needs, including chronic pain, across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring experience working with medically complex populations.
Details:
Provide comprehensive psychological care including monitoring, screening, evaluation, and evidence-based treatment for patients with complex medical conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver biopsychosocial interventions, make appropriate referrals, and contribute to program development, community outreach, and education.
Engage in academic and professional development activities such as teaching and supervising students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for research and continued program growth.
